Christmas Card Chllenges #13

Happy Sunday all!

Today is my last post as a DT member for Christmas Card Challenges. It's been fun creating and working alongside with some very creative ladies but my plate is full at the moment and I have decided to step down. So without further ado here is this week's challenge.

My card today features this older wood block stamp by Penny black called Christmas Wreath. It's an oldie but a goody and one that I use quite often. The background was water colored with Oxide Inks.

ATSM Challenge #242 - Make Your Mark



Hello all!

 

There's a new challenge up at ATSM.



Here is what I came up with. My card features an image and sentiment from the mini StampTV kit called My Anchor by Gina K. Designs. I "smooshed" the background with wild dandelion and blue raspberry dye inks by GKD. The front panel was die cut using the double stitched rectangle die by Cottage Cutz.

Life is Beautiful

Hello all!

 

Just a quick post to share a card I created for the current Papertrey Ink MIM Challenge. Laurie is the host this week and she demonstrates how to add a water color wash background to your cards.

Here is my take on the challenge featuring Meadow Greens and florals from an older PTI Make-It-Market Kit called Nostalgic Notions. Gansi Tambi water colors were used for my background. White Nuvo drops were added as a finishing touch.
